1989 - 2024 National Disaster Medical System (NDMS) is celebrating 35 years of service to those affected by disasters in our country. NDMS has a wide scope of practice throughout the U.S. and her territories that has spanned the last three and a half decades. At one time having over 90 teams, the system has evolved over the years to what we have today.

For this coin we have featured the teams rostered at the 35 year mark. The coin is 2.5" x 2.25" with gold-plated metal and brilliant colors to standout in any collection.
